A Sussex-based youth organization is looking for a dedicated Youth Programmes Worker to support LGBTQ+ young people. In this role, you will develop and deliver inclusive programmes, and provide targeted support while working with a collaborative team. Ideal candidates will have experience in youth work, along with a passion for making a difference. The position is fixed-term until March 31st, 2027, offering a salary ranging from £25,583 to £28,142 pro rata.
