We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join our supportive primary school community, delivering high-quality teaching and creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Plan, teach and assess engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils across the primary curriculum.

• Create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence.

• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, ensuring every child is supported to reach their potential.

• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families to support progress and wellbeing.

• Use ongoing assessment to track pupil development and inform next steps in learning.

• Contribute to the wider school community, including planning meetings, enrichment opportunities and whole-school initiatives.

• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and personal development.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Strong curriculum knowledge and effective classroom management skills.

• Excellent communication, organisation and a proactive, positive attitude.

• A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and supporting every child to succeed.
