Elliott Hudson College are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Assistant Principal - Teaching, Learning & Progress. This role is of great importance to our work as a College – the successful applicant will be expected to play a pivotal role supporting the Vice Principal to ensure the College delivers an exceptional, consistent, and aspirational learning experience for every student.
Qualifications- An honours graduate (or equivalent) with Qualified Teacher Status.
- Evidence of impact in improving student outcomes at subject or whole school level.
- Evidence of a commitment to further professional training.
- Evidence of successful team leadership.
- Membership of a teacher or local government pension scheme, depending on the role.
- A commitment to continued investment in our professionals, supporting every member of staff throughout their career in the trust.
