Radnor House Sevenoaks is now seeking an outstanding Deputy Head (Senior School) to join its Senior Leadership Team. This newly created role is pivotal to the continued success of the Senior School, combining responsibility for pastoral care, student enrichment and operational excellence. Working closely with the Head and Senior Deputy Head, the Deputy Head (Senior School) will ensure the wellbeing and personal growth of every student, foster a vibrant co‑curricular culture, and deliver smooth, efficient processes that enable staff to focus on what matters most: providing an outstanding experience for every pupil.
