Cover Supervisors RCT Temporary, Part Time

Position: Cover Supervisors Required across RCT (Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Part Time)
Location: Rhondda

Suppleo Education are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring PGCE applicants, or individuals with strong classroom experience. A driving licence is preferred, or you must have reliable access to public transport.

You’ll deliver pre‑planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure continuity of learning in the teacher’s absence. Flexibility to support with Teaching Assistant duties when required is essential.

Responsibilities

* Supervise classes and deliver set work in line with school policies

* Manage behaviour and promote a calm, focused classroom environment

* Support students with tasks, answering questions and encouraging engagement

* Provide basic feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress

* Assist with general TA duties when needed
