Overview
This is a new full‑time clinical fellow post in response to service needs within the vasculitis team. The post is offered for a period of up to 12 months and is suitable for doctors with at least 2 years of middle‑grade rheumatology experience, who are currently in a rheumatology training programme or have a CCT in rheumatology.
Responsibilities- Attend clinics and contribute to the middle‑grade rheumatology on‑call rotation (1:4).
- Facilitate and clerk referrals to the ultrasonography‑led GCA pathway.
- Provide acute rheumatology cover during working hours only.
- No out of hours commitment, including no need to cover weekends.
- Minimum 2 years of middle‑grade rheumatology experience.
- Currently in a rheumatology training programme or holding a CCT in rheumatology.
- Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
