Modality Partnership – Leighton Road Surgery is seeking a part‑time dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team and embrace our partnership values on Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (CARE).
The role is a patient‑centred role delivered from your nominated practice site. The postholder will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellent verbal and written communication skills, clinical skills and empowering patients to manage their individual health conditions. The usual duties of a GP will be expected: patient care through regular appointments, home visits and the general administration for patient care.
The postholder will work in collaboration with their local practice team, engaging the use of the associated roles that are attached to the practice.
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages with a focus on preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of various health conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care in a supportive environment.
- Engage in regular appointments and home visits as needed.
- Perform general administration for patient care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clinical skills and ability to empower patients to manage their health conditions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
