• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts and produce high‑quality drawings and visualizations.
• Assist in the preparation of planning and building regulation applications.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Communicate with contractors and consultants to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
• Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
• Contribute to the development of the company's design standards and processes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Part II qualification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.
• Experience in residential and commercial projects is desirable.
