A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of our clients, a global leader in high-performance insulation and building envelope solutions. This role sits within their insulated panels division, where you will work across a broad product range, including roof and wall panels, fabrications and gutters, day lighting solutions, energy solutions, and building protection systems.
Our client is looking to appoint a Revit Coordinator to join their team. You will work across a range of cleanroom environments, supporting projects within sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Hi-Tech, and Engineering. The successful candidate will have experience producing detailed drawings using Revit or AutoCAD, with Bluebeam experience desirable, and will be comfortable taking projects from concept through to manufacture.
This role will suit a detail-driven, technically minded Revit professional who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing-led environment.
- Acting as a main point of contact for internal teams and external customers
- Managing the Cleanroom team inbox and responding to technical queries
- Interpreting project requirements and ensuring they are technically and commercially viable
- Creating Revit drawings (LOD
200 for initial approval, LOD
300 for final approval and IFC) - Producing panel lists, door and window drawings, ancillary lists, and specialist drawings
- Creating and revising quotations as the Revit Coordinator
- Completing Bluebeam take-offs as the Revit Coordinator
- Tracking projects from “not started” through to completion
- Drawing and quoting MoD boxes and supporting them through approval
- Supporting the wider sales team when needed as the Revit Coordinator
- Solving non-standard challenges with smart, practical solutions
- Managing your own workload while staying calm under pressure as the Revit Coordinator
- A relevant qualification in construction manufacturing advantageous
- Experience of construction or a similar industry would be an advantage
- Technical clean rooms, offsite modular, panelized systems fit-out environments experience
- Experience using Revit or other 3D drawing packages is desirable, but training will be given
- AutoCAD, Microsoft Office & Bluebeam desirable as the Revit Coordinator
- Architectural Technologist or Technician or CAD building design backgrounds advantageous
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure with excellent time management and problem-solving skills as the Revit Coordinator
- Full UK Driving License
