Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Produce detailed project information from planning stages onwards
• Coordinate with the design team on day-to-day project information
• Liaise with main contractors and sub contactor teams
• Attend design meetings and undertake site visits
• Update and deliver working drawing packs of information

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong experience working on RIBA stages 4 onwards
• Sector specialist experience or experience working on projects across a range of sectors
• Experience carrying out site meetings would be desirable
• Strong technical and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
