Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
• Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
• Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• BSc or HND within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• CIAT registered would be desirable
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
• Strong experience working on RIBA Stages 3 onwards
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
