Salary: 24,000 - 27,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA Chartered practice who provides specialist design services to the commercial and healthcare sectors. They are looking for a talented Part 1 Architectural Assistant to help grow with the practice and join their team in Sheffield.

Duties for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant include:

• Develop concept designs and technical drawings
• Assist with project coordination alongside Senior members of staff
• Work on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Work on planning applications and building regulations
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects

Skills and experience for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant include:

• Successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification
• Relevant post Part 1 qualification experience would be advantageous
• Experience with Revit
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Live within a commutable distance to the Sheffield area
