Collaborate with Project Technicians to deliver detailed washroom layout drafting services for customer orders using 2D and 3D software. Provide manufacturing drawings, hardware pick lists, and all related documentation for manufacturing, warehousing, and installation. All functions are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Prepare accurate washroom drawings from architectural plans.
• Create drawings using AutoCAD 2D or Inventor 3D software.
• Generate material cut lists based on released project area, room phase, or level.
• Print manufacturing drawings for the installation team (Deeside Supply and Fix orders).
• Design and draw custom details in coordination with the Technical Manager or Supervisor as required.
• Maintain all network‑stored project information within the enterprise structure.
• Create remedial and additional material requests in accordance with department processes.
• Forward any non‑drafting queries to the relevant person or department.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of design‑drafting standards and practices.
• Interpret notes, sketches, specifications, and architectural blueprints into manufacturing drawings for installation purposes.
• Develop drawings with appropriate design criteria and DDA/ADA requirements with minimal supervision.
• Produce O&M manuals.
• Participate in, and submit, new and improved work methods in alignment with the Suggested Method Improvement program.
• Follow and promote safe work practices.
• Report all hazards, unsafe acts, and conditions immediately to the manager.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and always follow health and safety protocols.
• Wear proper PPE as required.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Relevant design‑based degree preferred but not required.
• 2–5 years of industry experience within a CAD role.
• Basic working knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Inventor.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.

• Must be able to identify and resolve problems using sound judgement and analytical skills.
