Are you an Architectural Technician or similar with strong BIM and technical design experience looking to step into a Technician position and progress within a growing multidisciplinary consultancy who prioritise staff development, have a close-knit culture and offer clear progression into senior leadership roles? Full project exposure and training will be provided where required to get you fully embedded in their project portfolio.

On offer is the opportunity to join an expanding consultancy operating within the critical infrastructure sector. This Consultancy works across architectural, civil, structural and specialist services, delivering high-quality, compliant designs for major UK infrastructure clients. They are trusted partners to well-known organisations and are recognised for their technical excellence and innovative approach.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Architectural Technology and act as Architectural Technician/Design Manager on projects, coordinating architectural input alongside structural, civil, MEP and external consultants. You will take ownership of technical reviews, preparation and presentation of designs, reports and specifications, including working drawings, 3D visualisations and risk documentation. You will join the team on a Monday to Friday basis.

This role would suit someone looking to progress into a Design Management position within a supportive and ambitious consultancy that prioritises professional development, responsibility and long-term progression.

The Role:
Conduct technical reviews of architectural projects.
Coordinating architectural input with structural, civil, MEP and external consultants.
Working drawings, 3D visualisations and risk documentation.
Undertake site surveys, including visual inspections and hand-measured surveys.
Manage project delivery, coordination and stakeholder communication.
Monday to Friday (9-5PM) - Ready to start ASAP

The Person:
Architectural Technician
Strong BIM and technical design background
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM
