Receptionist – Shipston Dental Practice

Location: Shipston-on-Stour
Hours: 4 days per week – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Time: 8:15am – 5:15pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)

Shipston Dental Practice is a busy, friendly 4-surgery private dental practice located in the heart of Shipston-on-Stour. Our practice serves patients from Shipston and surrounding areas including Brailes, Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, and across Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, and Oxfordshire.

We are known for our personalised, patient-focused approach, offering a wide range of treatments across general and specialist dentistry, including restorative work, endodontics, and implants.

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our welcoming and supportive team. This is a key front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Duties will include:

• Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
• Managing appointments and patient enquiries
• Handling telephone calls and emails
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

• Previous customer-facing or reception experience is essential
• Dental reception experience is advantageous but not essential
• Friendly, professional, and organised
• Confident communicator with a patient-focused attitude
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
