Our skilled dentists offer comprehensive general, cosmetic, and orthodontic treatments—including Invisalign—in a modern, comfortable practice. We’re fully equipped with the latest digital technology such as OPG, iTero, and intra‑oral cameras, supported by Dental 4 Windows software, allowing us to deliver precise, efficient, and patient‑centred care every day.

We’re seeking a dynamic and highly capable Lead Dentist to guide and support our clinical team. In this leadership position, you’ll combine strong clinical expertise with compassionate care and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional patient outcomes, while inspiring and mentoring your colleagues.

You will play a key role in helping the practice achieve its goals, fostering strong relationships with both patients and staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service and care.

• 3–5 years’ experience as a practicing dentist in Australia
• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Leadership or mentoring experience is desirable but not essential; we're looking for a collaborative mindset and ability to inspire and support a clinical team
