Part‑time Bookmaker Clerk

Toals, 42 Church Street, Portaferry

• Processing bets and assisting with customer queries
• Working as part of a team to assist the day to day running of the shop
• Building relationships with customers and making them feel at home by delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining high shop standards

Our shop hours are Monday‑Sunday, 9am‑9pm and contracted hours will be allocated on a weekly rota basis.

Full UK clean driving license and access to own transport
Good communicator
Flexible – as our business operates 7 days a week
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Enthusiastic people person
Reliable and hands‑on team member
Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a customer facing role or previous experience with cash handling

• Demonstrable IT skills
• 5 GCSE's at grade C or above
