- Supporting customers through chatbot interactions and stepping in when human support is needed
- Resolving queries efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience
- Accurately logging customer interactions and updating records
- Following company processes and meeting service level targets
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and chatbot responses
- Previous customer service experience (call centre, contact centre, or digital support preferred)
- Confident telephone manner and clear written communication skills
- Comfortable using chat systems, CRM tools, and basic computer software
- Calm, patient, and professional under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
