With the festive season just around the corner, we’re looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team during the busy Christmas period.

As a Seasonal Receptionist at Parkdean Resorts, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with a wide variety of inquiries. Whether it's checking in guests, answering questions about the park's facilities, or providing information about local attractions, your role will be key to creating a memorable experience for all visitors.

• Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience
• Answer phone calls and emails, addressing guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide guests with information about the park, local attractions, and Christmas events
• Handle reservations, bookings, and cancellations efficiently
• Ensure all guest queries and requests are dealt with promptly and to a high standard
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
• Support the wider team in delivering a first-class customer experience during the festive season

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable (hospitality or reception experience a bonus)
• A friendly and approachable attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage busy periods, especially during the holiday rush
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A flexible and positive attitude to work
• Must have own transport as this is not a live-in position
• Available to work throughout the Christmas period
