We're currently recruiting a dedicated Mess Clark to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain communication with key client and internal stakeholders, including attendance of relevant meetings
  • Answer queries received from individuals regarding Mess bills and payments
  • Work to deadlines and KPIs prescribed contractually
  • Ensure the safety of any money held in respect of the Mess Accounts

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work to tight deadlines

  • Strong Excel skills
