Looking to prove your worth in this challenging role? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership and management of several functions within our business:
- Full responsibility for fulfilment/dispatching our premium products at one of the fastest-growing sports memorabilia brands in the world. This is a hands‑on role for someone who holds themselves to the highest standards and doesn’t clock out until the job is done
- Close liaison with the Customer Services Specialist to ensure that all customer correspondence is promptly dealt with to the high Firma Stella standards, and that customers are delighted
- Ensuring that the stock is managed through the Stock Controller
, items are received, correctly listed and accurately stored
You’ll be responsible for managing these functions and reporting back to the CEO so that he is fully and accurately informed to make strategic decisions for the business. Expect early mornings, late finishes, and weekend work when needed, we move quickly, and so should you. If you’re organised, driven, and ready to lead from the front, we want to hear from you.

- Manage the preparation, process & dispatch all customer orders accurately & on time to meet delivery deadlines
- Uphold quality standards, focusing on security, presentation & the condition of every item dispatched
- Liaise with customer service, framing & sales teams to quickly resolve any order or delivery issues
- Push beyond regular hours when needed to ensure urgent orders & high volumes are handled without delays
- Support other departments such as framing, goods‑in as needed dependent on business demands
