Location: Upper Upnor
You will receive & make customer service calls, manage hire orders with clients ensuring a high standard of service. You will be required to speak to clients who have not used their account, deal with initial inquiry stage through to processing the hire, liaising with our depots and departments and all related administration, invoice query management and resolving customer queries. A confident telephone manner will ensure you are able to promote the Company’s range of products and services, generate new leads and build lasting relationships with our clients.
Skills/Qualifications- Previous hire experience desirable but not essential
- Methodical and organised
- Confident but friendly communication skills
- Team orientated
- Good standard of English and Maths to GCSE (or equivalent) standard
- IT literate
