Location: Cheltenham Salary: 27,000 - 30,000 Permanent, Full-Time Role

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and a friendly approach

• Processing orders accurately and keeping customers updated every step of the way

• Handling queries, returns, or minor issues calmly and confidently

• Coordinating with suppliers, couriers, and colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly

• Suggesting ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

• Occasionally supporting small quote adjustments or tweaks

• Clear, professional communicator both in writing and verbally
