Job Role: Graphic Designer in Ballygawley

Our client are a leading supplier of goods to high street retailers across the UK & Ireland and are currently recruiting a Graphic Designer to own and deliver their visual brand across packaging, branding, and promotional materials. This is a stand‑alone role reporting directly to the Sales Director and is based in Ballygawley
. The role requires a hands‑on designer who can manage projects independently from concept through production.

• Lead brand execution across all visual touchpoints
• Design and develop product packaging, labels, and branding assets
• Create promotional materials including brochures, flyers, catalogues, POS, and trade show materials
• Produce sales and marketing collateral to support business growth
• Prepare artwork for print production, including file setup, proofing, and liaising with printers and suppliers
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines
• Manage priorities and deadlines in collaboration with the Sales Director

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on branding and packaging
• Portfolio demonstrating packaging and promotional design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of print production processes
• Ability to work independently in a stand‑alone role
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail environments
• Knowledge of packaging materials and print finishes
• Illustration or basic motion design skills
