If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Events Executive to help manage the logistics for our global events in the nutrition sector. Working closely with the Head of Event Operations, the Event Executive will play a key role in the day‑to‑day organisation and delivery of events. This includes coordinating key operational elements, liaising with venues, award entrants, sponsors, and speakers, and supporting the smooth running of events both in the lead‑up and on the day itself.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the Head of Event Operations in researching and shortlisting new venues for social evenings and other suppliers for upcoming events
  • Creating sponsor and speaker packs to ensure all information and presentations are received on time
  • Liaising with venues to obtain menus, and to confirm logistics, accommodation and catering
  • Liaising with the sponsor stand supplier to ensure stand production is on track and ready for the event
  • Liaising, briefing and coordinating with any external suppliers such as AV, transport, photographers, etc.
  • Coordinating the award events, including managing award entries, liaising with and providing judges, sponsors, finalists and winners with relevant information
  • Creating documentation for onsite such as AV scripts, running orders, delegate pack check lists, judging packs, score sheets, winners packs, etc.
  • Researching and producing onsite materials for on‑screen AV, event branding, trophies, certificates, delegate bags/packs/content, etc.
  • Working with the Head of Event Operations and marketing to produce onsite branding
  • Drafting final delegate information and ensuring it is sent to delegates
  • Helping to deliver the events onsite as part of the team
  • Attending internal meetings where required, taking meeting notes and distributing
What you’ll need
  • Previous experience organising the delivery of events and conferences
  • Fantastic time management and organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment and meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex event logistics accurately
  • Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and proactive with fantastic teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A flexible approach with the ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Effective problem‑solving skills and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel to international events
