£50,000 - £60,000 + bonus up to 15% of salary

The estimator will be responsible for reviewing tender enquiries to understand project requirements, liaising with clients to acquire any additional information, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive prices, producing formal quotations to clients, maintaining documentation of tenders and quotations on an internal database, building and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors, prioritising workload to meet deadlines, and working on project sizes between £100k and £750k.

• Review tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
• Liaise with clients to acquire any additional information required
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive prices
• Produce formal quotations to clients
• Maintain documentation of tenders and quotations in the internal database
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Work on project sizes between £100k and £750k

• Estimating experience within sheet piling
• Experience with WALLAP software package (ideal)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong numerical skills
• IT literacy:
  Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Confident and articulate individual
