We're seeking a commercially astute Estimator to support high-end residential and commercial projects from pre-construction through to final account.
This role combines estimating, procurement and commercial management — playing a key role in project profitability and business growth.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Measure quantities and analyse subcontractor returns
- Manage budgets, CVRs and financial reporting
- Support procurement and subcontract management
Control variations and change management - Work closely with site and design teams
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (or equivalent)
- Proven Estimator / QS experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Commercially driven and detail-focused
Opportunities to progress into Senior QS, Commercial Manager or strategic leadership positions — including potential equity
