Freelance Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work with our client on an apartment build scheme in Manchester City Centre!

Start date- ASAP

Duration - 4 months

Rate- Negotiable

Duties-

• Managing 6-8 packages for the duration of the contract.
• Monitor project costs and manage budgets throughout construction
• Assess and value progress payments and variations
• Perform cost analysis and prepare financial reports
• Manage risk, value engineering, and cost control procedures
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements
