Exciting new opportunity for Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of the UK's leading tier 1 family owned main contractor!

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our London team focusing on high profile, technically
complex projects across multiple sectors. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their career in
Construction and someone who has NEC4 contract experience!

• Lead high-value projects
• Lead junior QS teams
• Advise directors and project managers on procurement strategy and more
• Negotiate with main contractors and sub-contractors

• Need to have been a strong no2 on larger value projects - manage packages
• Be able to lead smaller projects e.g. 400k
• Understanding and experience of NEC4 contract
• Will need to pass security clearance, basic background check
