Junior Quantity Surveyor Interior Fit-Out Team
Location: Romford Salary: £35,000 £ 50,000 Hours: 8am 5pm, Monday Friday

A well-established commercial fit-out company is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their office-based washroom/interior fit-out team in Romford. Reporting to the Director, this role offers excellent exposure to commercial projects across the South of England and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support commercial interior fit-out projects through sub-contractor management, cost reporting, and invoice processing.
• Assist in change management and preparation of variation orders.
• Produce schedules, take-offs, measurements, order enquiries, and estimates.
• Support contract execution and administration processes.
• Work independently and collaboratively to deliver project requirements on time.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial interior fit-out.
• Experience in sub-contractor management and variation/change management.
• Competent in cost reporting, payment applications, and invoice processing.
• Ability to produce schedules, take-offs, measurements, order enquiries, and estimates.
• Knowledge of contract execution and administration.
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider project team.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Benefits:

• Salary £35,000 £ 50,000 (depending on experience)
