Senior Quantity Surveyor

A rapidly growing Cost and Project Management consultancy working on commercial office fit out projects is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor for their London office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role Working closely with an Associate QS and Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on commercial fit out projects, delivering schemes from inception through to completion, with support from the wider team.

As well as being involved in project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall have the opportunity to get involved in mentoring/management and undertaking client facing roles. The Senior Quantity Surveyor BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar) MRICS would be a bonus, not essential Pre and post cost management experience Cost planning and contract administration experience Comfortable managing multiple projects In Return?
