Our client is a market leading Ground engineering contractor who specialise in Piling. Due to growth and a full order book, they now require an experienced, Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in Sub-contracting for a civil engineering sub contractor. This is a key role within the company, who offer office and site flexibility.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5 years minimum post graduate experience in the administration of NEC, JCT and bespoke forms of sub-contract agreements.

The position encompasses the administration of full turn-key sub-contracts from pre-contract specialist terms and conditions agreement through the issue of EWN and CE, Applications for Payment and the conclusion of the Final Account in a fast track environment.
