The position is for a Birmingham based building consultancy working in commercial, industrial, residential sectors etc.
The role is for a Senior Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Contract Administration
- Client facing
- Valuations
- Final accounts
- Variations
- Progress reports
- Programming
Requirements for the role are:
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Educational sector experience
- Autonomously running projects
