Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyse project plans, specifications, and requirements
- Submit competitive tenders within deadlines
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to gather pricing and scope details
- HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Competitive salary of £60,000 - 40-hour work week
