• A57 PROJECT (LONG-TERM) MSSI Group Ltd is currently recruiting General Operative/Semi-Skilled Labourer candidates for a long-term position on the A57 highways project in SK
• This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable General Operative/Semi-Skilled Labourer seeking secure, ongoing work on a major civil infrastructure scheme.

We are looking for hardworking and safety-conscious General Operative/Semi-Skilled Labourer operatives who can support site teams and contribute to the successful delivery of highways works.

PAYE Direct Rolled-In Holiday: 12.07% Role Overview As a General Operative/Semi-Skilled Labourer, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting ground workers, plant operators, and supervisors
• Carrying out general labouring and semi-skilled duties
• Supporting highways and civils activities on site
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following site instructions and safety procedures
• Providing reliable support across multiple work fronts

Requirements To be considered, you must have:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• EUSR Category 1 & 2
• Previous experience as a General Operative/Semi-Skilled Labourer on highways or civil infrastructure projects
• A strong work ethic and good site awareness
