- This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable General Operative/Semi-Skilled Labourer seeking secure, ongoing work on a major civil infrastructure scheme.
We are looking for hardworking and safety-conscious General Operative/Semi-Skilled Labourer operatives who can support site teams and contribute to the successful delivery of highways works.
PAYE Direct Rolled-In Holiday: 12.07% Role Overview As a General Operative/Semi-Skilled Labourer, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting ground workers, plant operators, and supervisors
- Carrying out general labouring and semi-skilled duties
- Supporting highways and civils activities on site
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following site instructions and safety procedures
- Providing reliable support across multiple work fronts
Requirements To be considered, you must have:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- EUSR Category 1 & 2
- Previous experience as a General Operative/Semi-Skilled Labourer on highways or civil infrastructure projects
- A strong work ethic and good site awareness
