Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 (depending on experience)

The Role:
The company is looking to appoint an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the delivery of commercial fit-out projects across London. This role is ideal for someone with a solid commercial foundation who is looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced fit-out environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the commercial management of fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account

• Assisting with subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and appointments

• Preparing and managing interim valuations, variations, and change control

• Supporting cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow

• Working closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial performance

• Assisting with final accounts and project close-out

About You:

• Previous experience in an Assistant QS / Assistant Commercial Manager role

• Fit-out experience preferred but not essential

• Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and commercial processes

• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail

• Ambitious and keen to progress into a more senior commercial role
