Mechanical Site Manager

Meridian are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join our clients site team on a prestigious new build £118m apartment project in Kirkstall, Leeds starting in the New Year. Our client is a leading national M&E contractor with an extensive portfolio of delivering high spec residential projects across the UK.

Duties will include managing materials and labour on site, health and safety procedures, QA, managing sub contractor labour levels and site progress etc. You ll be part of a large management team, when the site is at full pace you ll have around 5 mechanical and 5 electrical managers on the project. Previous residential experience is essential and the ability to work well within a team.

£290 per day
Running until June 2027
CSCS & SMSTS/SSSTS are essential
