Projects valued up to £30m and involve new build offices, apartments and retirement living, across South Yorkshire. This opportunity has become available to a very busy pipeline of work, with more to come, It's a fantastic time to join.

The Role

• Manage and enforce Health and Safety
• Quality monitoring
• Subcontractor management
• Manage day to day activity
• Programme management

The Person

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Experience on new build schemes up to £30m
• Longevity in permanent roles
• Good communication skills
• IT Literate
