We are hiring for our client, a well‑established specialist contractor within the Built Environment sector, who is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Toomebridge.

This Quantity Surveyor role offers the opportunity to manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects, from tender through to final account, working closely with project, design, and supply chain teams to ensure cost control, accurate reporting, and profitable delivery.

• Full commercial management from valuation to final account
• Strong exposure to NEC and JCT contracts
• Key role supporting project teams and commercial leadership

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years in contracting
• Commercially aware, detail‑focused, and confident in stakeholder engagement
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and communication skills

• Competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000
• Early Friday finish (1pm) supporting work‑life balance
• Stable pipeline of projects and long‑term career development

• Prepare and agree valuations, variations, CVRs, and final accounts
• Track costs, manage risk, and forecast project margins
• Administer contracts and manage subcontractor procurement and payments
• Support value engineering, cost optimisation, and cashflow management
• Provide commercial advice to project and site teams

• Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Experience with JCT / NEC contracts
• Strong costing software / MS Excel and reporting skills
• Ability to travel to UK sites approx. 1 day per month
