An opportunity has arisen for an Asbestos Surveyor to join a growing consultancy with a strong presence across the West Midlands. The business delivers a broad range of asbestos surveying services and is known for its organised approach, realistic workloads, and long-term investment in its staff.

• Working across commercial and mixed-use buildings

• Producing thorough, compliant asbestos survey reports

• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients

• Ensuring all surveys meet current legislation and company quality standards

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)

• Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

• Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and best practice

• Ability to plan and manage workloads independently

• Full UK driving licence
