We are currently recruiting for experienced Residential Site Managers to join a well-renowned and highly respected national house builder known for delivering quality homes and maintaining strong industry standards. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their team with skilled Site Managers across multiple West Midlands projects.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the development is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a temporary position with a genuine opportunity to go permanent based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all on-site construction activities
• Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
• Driving programme delivery and maintaining build quality
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
• Problem solving on site and liaising with internal teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential sector
• Previous employment with a well-established, reputable house builder
• Strong technical knowledge of residential builds
• Timber frame experience preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to start quickly and manage a fast-paced site environment
