Graduate Building Surveyor - Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to begin their career within an established consultancy environment. You will support senior surveyors across a varied workload including building surveys, schedules of condition, defect diagnosis, specification writing, project work and contract administration. The role offers exposure to projects from instruction through to completion, working closely with experienced surveyors and clients across a range of sectors.

Full support and guidance will be provided to help you develop strong core Building Surveying skills and progress professionally.

Graduate Building Surveyor - Job Requirements

RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying
Some experience within a consultancy or surveying environment, including placement or graduate experience
Keen interest in developing a career in Building Surveying
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and organised approach with a willingness to learn
