Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Thames Ditton, Surrey

We are offering a basic salary + pension + bonus payments. We will provide APC training and mentorship and all assistance needed to achieve RICS chartered status.

• Prepare budget estimates and elemental cost plans
• Review contractors’ tender returns and complete tender analysis with recommendation/evaluation reports
• Produce Contract Documents, general contract administration, valuations, and final account process

• 2–5 years of post‑graduate experience in a QS role (preferably client side)
• Strong understanding of cost management principles across the project lifecycle
• Working knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., JCT, NEC)
• Professional membership or progress toward chartership (e.g., RICS APC in progress)
• An ability to problem‑solve and a proactive approach to their work
• Keen to work as part of a growing team with ambition to be a future leader in the business
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK (or relevant location)
• Proficiency in cost planning software like CostX, CATO, or Bluebeam
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, especially with clients and contractors
• Experience working on high‑end residential or residential development projects
• Ability to mentor junior QSs or contribute to team development
