Personal Assistant - SDS​/DA​/School ; Kinglassie

Up to 3 hours per week (during school holidays)

Are you calm, caring, and quick on your feet?

We’re looking for a supportive and reliable Personal Assistant to work with a bright, energetic 13-year-old boy with Autism and learning difficulties in Kinglassie.

This is a school holiday role – just a few hours each week – and perfect for someone who enjoys making a positive difference, has a great sense of humour, and stays calm under pressure.

Our client is affectionate, active, and loves physical contact – but needs close supervision and someone who can be alert and responsive. You’ll help keep him safe in busy environments, support him in navigating social situations, and be mindful of triggers (like loud hand dryers or crowded spaces).

• Attentive and quick to react (he’s a runner!)
• Confident in setting clear boundaries
• Comfortable supporting him with personal care
• Calm and understanding when he’s agitated
• Someone who connects well and brings warmth and structure to his day

• Member of the PVG Scheme (or willing to join)
• Previous experience in care or providing personal care
• A driver is preferred but not essential
