In this role, you’ll support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with Special Educational Needs, providing personalised care and learning support to children with EHCPs and emerging additional needs.
You’ll help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can develop socially, emotionally, and academically at their own pace. You will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver structured routines, sensory support, and play-based learning strategies that promote communication, independence, and emotional regulation.

Experience or a strong interest in supporting young children with SEN, including ASD, speech & language needs, or social and emotional difficulties.
A good understanding of the EYFS framework and inclusive early years practice.
Confidence using play-based, child-led approaches and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine passion for early childhood development.
We
Offer:
A warm and welcoming early years environment focused on holistic child development.
Access to ongoing SEN and EYFS-focused training and professional development.
Supportive leadership and collaborative staff teams.
The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s early learning journeys.
