* * Annual income:* £60,000 per year

* Core hours:
* Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

* On call:
* Some out of hours on call responsibility on a rota basis to support the home when needed

* Ofsted performance bonus:
* £3,000 for an Outstanding Ofsted outcome
£1,500 for a Good Ofsted outcome

* Up to £63,000 per year (annual income plus maximum Ofsted bonus)

* Basic Annual Income
* £60,000 per year

* Ofsted performance bonus
* £3,000 for an Outstanding Ofsted outcome

* Your impact as Home Manager
* In this pivotal role, you will:
Lead, motivate and develop a staff team to deliver consistent therapeutic care
Oversee the day to day running of the home, ensuring high standards are maintained
Hold overall responsibility for safeguarding, compliance, care planning and outcomes
Create a stable, structured, supportive environment where children can thrive
Work closely with placing authorities and partner professionals to meet each child’s needs
Drive a positive culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement

* Are you our ideal candidate
* We are looking for confident and committed leaders who:
Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or are working towards it
Have strong experience in a residential EBD childcare setting (3 Years or more)
Have leadership experience at Deputy Manager, Team Leader or Home Manager level
Demonstrate excellent safeguarding knowledge and confident decision making
Are passionate about trauma informed, child centred practice and achieving real outcomes for children
