Are you an experienced early years professional ready to lead a passionate team and make a real difference in children’s lives? We’re looking for an inspiring and qualified childcare professional who holds a Level 3 qualification (or above) and has at least two years’ leadership experience in an early years setting. As Nursery Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading, supporting, and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework. Leading and developing a team of early years professionals
Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow
Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community
Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Rated "Good" by Ofsted, our Peatmoor nursery cares for up to 100 children and is home to a long-standing, passionate team, many of whom have been with Busy Bees for over 15 years. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
