Salary: £33,363.20 plus sleep ins

Shift Pattern: 2 on / 4 off (Long Days & Sleep-Ins)

Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker or Residential Team Leader looking to take the next step in Children’s Residential Care? Residential Team Leader – you will play a key role in leading, mentoring and supporting a team of Residential Support Workers while ensuring the highest standards of care for children and young people.

You will:

• Support young people to build positive relationships and achieve their full potential
• Lead shifts and act as a positive role model within the home
• Promote a person-centred, therapeutic approach
• Work collaboratively with education, therapy and management teams
• Participate in the Management On-Call rota

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Children’s Residential Care setting
• QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
• Experience leading or supporting a staff team
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (company car provided during work hours)
• Ability to work evenings, nights and weekends
• Willingness to join the Management On-Call system
