Overview
As a Commercial Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for owning and managing a category for the Clubcard Reward Partner scheme. This is a great opportunity if you're passionate about customers and delivering best in market partnerships that drive engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities- Identify and deliver new partnership propositions that are relevant to customers and are commercially viable for both Tesco and Partners, aligning with our business needs
- Renegotiate existing contracts, securing what
99s best for customer, Tesco, and Partner to grow customer orders, households and satisfaction embedding loyalty - Nurture and grow Partner relationships to grow your category and the wider Clubcard Reward Partner scheme
- Run the day-to-day management of your Clubcard Partner category and Partner relationships
- Develop joint Clubcard and Partner business and marketing plans. Work with the wider Clubcard and Comms marketing teams to promote always-on and ad-hoc promotional Clubcard Partner propositions
- Set and deliver both Customer and financial KPIs aligned to Clubcard and your targets and objectives
- Utilise the broader Tesco Group and resources to support joint business planning opportunities for strategic Partners, enabling both a better proposition for customers and improved opportunities for Partners and Tesco
- Ownership and management of a key pillar for the success of the Partner scheme, e.g. forecasting and reporting
- Commercial Negotiation:
Skilled in negotiating commercially sound outcomes that balance cost, value, and long-term partnership success - Data-Driven Insight:
Able to analyse complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making - Relationship Building:
Experienced in developing and nurturing meaningful relationships across internal teams, Group functions, and external partners - Forecasting & Cost Management:
Competent in forecasting needs, managing budgets, and optimising costs to support strategic and operational goals - Proposition Development:
Capable of creating motivating and compelling propositions that engage audiences and support business objectives
