On our redesigned 10-week immersive

Summer Internship you’llgainreal experience, grow your confidence, and develop the skills and behaviours needed to thrive in a future Early Careers programme such as a 2027 Industrial Placement or Skill Development Programme.

You’ll work within our Mortgage function contributing to impactful work and learning from expert colleagues. You’ll also take part in workshops, networking events, and activities designed to accelerate your development.

This internship is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, understand Nationwide’s culture and build the foundation for a career that’s fairer, more rewarding, and for the good of society.

Where you’ll be working

You’ll spend the full 10‑ week programme on ‑ site five days per week at either our Swindon, Northampton or Bournemouth office. This supports immersive learning, strong team integration, and your development into a confident future early ‑ career professional.

  • Be a student with the right to work in the UK
